12 week Body Wrap, Healthy Eating & Exercise Program

Week One

Hi it’s Lyn,
Here is my first posting on this “Body Wrap, Healthy eating and Exercise” program
that will last for 12 weeks.
Well I had my first weigh in on Wednesday the 23rd of February 2011 and it went
really well considering I had only been on the program 2 days.
I lost 2kg and I was stoked.
I also did my first Body Wrap on the same day and lost 11.5″ (for those who only use
cm that’s 29.5cm)
My biggest losses were
Bust – 1 inch (2.5cm)
Midriff – 1 inch
Right thigh – 1.45 inches
Left thigh – 2.25 inches
I had the Sea mud and it was soooo relaxing that I fell asleep, nice.
I am only walking 30min per day and incorporation tummy, arms and leg exercises as
well as stretching.
I am eating healthy and have not had a drink in 5 days and I have to say I feel
really great, focused even and definitely less grumpy (so my kids say)
I am looking forward to the next weigh in on Wednesday and the next wrap on Tuesday.
This time I think I will do the Sea Clay. Let me know if you would like to continue
