Week 3 on the “Body Wrap, Healthy Food and Exercise Program”

Hi everyone, well I have make it through another week and I am still
enjoying it. The food is easy to prepare and with lots of flavor. I did my
next wrap on Tuesday and lost 12.75 inches with most of that in my tummy
area (which is great) My jeans are fitting more comfortable and I don’t feel
as tight in my own skin (I hope that made sense). On Wednesday I lost
another 1.5 kg which was a surprise because I was in Sydney to do the
training so I was out of my safe zone. That is a total of 5.5kg in 2.5
weeks. The exercise is going really well with only 30-40 min a day. I have
kept up the running and even brought a treadmill on Friday. No excuse now
for not exercising now.
As inspiration I found some old photos of myself a few years ago when I had
lost a heap of weight and it makes me want to push forward and achieve my
goal.
Thanks for all the support on my journey you help me push through the rough
days.
